M Townsley does financial planning for higher education, writes books about financial strategy in higher education and books on marketing. Dr. Townsley has degree from Purdue University, University of Delaware, and a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. His Master's thesis was on 'Conflict and Coalition Formation' and the Ph.D. thesis was on 'Price Elasticity in Local Markets.' He was also involved in managements training program at Columia University and Eli Lilly His books include: Financial Strategy for Small Colleges, Weathering Turbulent Times, Financial Strategy for Higher Education, and Managing Financianl Health. He was Senior Vice-President at Wilmington University, President of Pennsylvania Institute of Technology, Facuoty and Dean of Business Faculty at Becker College. In addition, he is currently a financial strategy consultant in higher education.
