Jarrod Kimber otherwise known as 'Uncle Jrod' or simplye 'Jrod' is a controversial cricket writer who started the lauded cricketwithballs blog. Kimber was recently appointed editor of SPIN cricket Magazine.
He was nominated for Best New Writer in the National Sporting Club Awards 2010 for his book 'When Freddie became Jesus.' He has written for Cricinfo, Crikey, The Wisden Cricketer, and The Wisden Almanack.
Before moving to cricket writing, Kimber was a filmmaker.
