My primary interest is in women and other marginalised histories. Working to bridge the knowledge gap one page at a time.
I joined Wikipedia as part of an International Women's Day editathon in 2022. As part of that I began editing the Hunger Strike Medal page and tracking down the medals. I believe it's now the most complete list of medal recipients in the world. Coming out of that, I was asked to write a blog post for Wikimedia UK about my experiences as a newbie editor.
Created the Suffragette penny page, which is hopefully doing its bit to counter misinformation. It also led to me identifying potentially a previously unknown example but still awaiting confirmation on that.
