In 2024 I participated in a "Wikipedia for Librarians" course via Library Juice Academy.
From 2010-2015 I provided support for Wikipedia Edit-a-thons happening at the University of Washington Libraries Research Commons.
Statement of Interest
[edit]I, User:Moireeffect, am a librarian interesting in improving Wikipedia. My work focuses on open educational practices and I would like to utilize Wikipedia as a teaching tool. I'm interested in editing Wikipedia topics dealing with music, southern food, and queer and trans history.
