Unlike the other guides, I will not be listing my own thoughts about the candidate, but rather providing a summary of the candidates and any issues that might arise around their candidacy. I will also speculate on the likely outcome for each candidate, these opinions are entirely my own and do not necessarily represent who I plan to vote for.

Jehochman (talk · contribs)	Statement	Questions	A(25)	Ran in 2008, but withdrew with vote count at 68/105 against.	Seen by a portion of the community as combative, unlikely to be elected.
Kirill Lokshin (talk · contribs)	Statement	Questions	ARB, A(49)	Former arbitrator, served as "Coordinating Arbitrator" for six months. Resigned June 2009.	Appears to have wide support and proven experience for the job. Like all ex-arbs, he has to combat a perception that he is "yesterday's man".
Kmweber (talk · contribs)	Statement	Questions	R(11)	User has been extremely controversial in the past. Recently returned from an extended hiatus. At 2008 election, recorded a result of 34/294, a record losing margin for ArbCom. Stated intention if elected is to decline every case.	The only question here is whether he'll better his mark from last year.
