The military equipment of the Swedish Army includes a wide array of firearms, armored vehicles, personal equipment, artillery, launchers, and more. The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration holds responsibility for acquiring equipment, training grounds, and military bases for the army. Although most of the equipment is of foreign design, once purchased, all equipment is heavily modified to better suit the needs of the army or individual soldiers.
