Court Pages Revitalization Project

[edit]

Goal: Bring all 93 district court and 13 appellate court pages up to 1 uniform standard along with all pages relating to United States federal courts

== Chief judges ==
{{ChiefJudgeDC}}
  1. 1 space only in Template:U.S. judge succession row between parameters and = sign
  2. Chief judge succession boxes – Chief judge succession boxes on court pages (appellate first; then other courts)
  3. Use U.S. judge row former template for former district courts at List of former United States district courts
  4. Create succession charts for the former district courts and circuit courts
  5. Link to elevated courts in district court pages (as judges are confirmed to that court)
  6. Remove commas for Jr. and Sr. in succession charts and former judge lists to avoid redirects
  7. Create individual pages for each defunct district court (and circuit court, if possible)
  8. Standardize recess appointment footnotes
  9. Standardize judges who were transferred to different courts by statute footnotes (see 10th Circuit for example)
  10. Succession boxes for the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces
  11. Renumber 11th Circuit judges (don't include those who transferred as senior judges)

Pages making up the project (list in progress)
