mango phonk
[edit]Introdution
[edit]Mango phonk is a edited version of a TikTok made by Isak Andic made on July 5th, 2023, where he pours a bucket of mangos on him and repeatedly say mango. On May 6th, 2024, a music produser, and tiktoker, alsa.music posted a phonk remix of the video, where it became a viral sensation and created the trend where they put a clip of something then pause it at where the drop is and put troll faces and either, those who know, or explanation in comments, where it spread onto YouTube shorts and got marked as troll face music
How mango phonk is used
[edit]Sence May 6th, 2024, some YouTubers desided to use these in "those who know" edits, where a clip of something happining and at the drop, where they usually show the most interesting part, where they pause the video and a bunch of troll faces are shown on screen, and the text "those who know" or "explanation in comments". In the comments people explain what happend in the video.
Origins
[edit]On July 5th, 2023, a guy named Isak Andic posted a video on TikTok, where he pours a bucket of mangos on himself and repeats the word mango, over and over. On May 6th, 2024, also.music posted a video where the video was made into phonk, where phonk was one of the biggest trends when it was released, so people stated using it in edits.
