I don't see how the proposed move contradicts or conflicts with either WP:CONCISE, WP:COMMONNAME, or WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. The proposed move seems to follow all three guidelines just fine. Can you be more precise?
If it would cause confusion for the average viewer is not a NWFCTM argument, then what is it? If I understand you correctly, you are saying that this proposed move should not take place because JNW is not what first comes to mind when most Wikipedia users search for "John Neal". Am I reading you wrong?
