808Viral is an Internet media company based in Hawaii. The company describes itself as a "grassroots entertainment for by and for the people" with a focus on digital media and comedy in order to create "the most shareable trending entertainment, and viral videos in Hawaii."^[1]

Prior to establishing 808 Viral, creator Daniela Stolfi-Tow experimented with other contagious media on Vine and Youtube.

Content

Parent company Media HI produces daily content on over 16 pages and 3 websites. Popular formats on the website include videos, memes and blogs.

Team 808 Viral is a group of content creators that produce original content. As of August 2016 they have garnered over 100 million total views and more than 800,000 subscribers.
