By party statute, the leadership elections in the Social Democratic Party of Croatia will be held no later than (date), six months after 2024 Croatian parliamentary election. Following a bad result of the SDP-led Rivers of Justice coalition in the election, incumbent party leader Peđa Grbin announced he won't run for president again.

Party members will elect the party president, four vice-presidents, the Presidency and the Head Comittee.
