Aussiefrank is an Australian beef cattle producer. With his wife, he has bred stud Limousin cattle since 1990 on a 840 hectare (just over 2,000 acres) property. Has has some experience breeding British breed and dairy cattle, and crossing them with Limousins.

Prior to semi-retirement in 2007, he was a systems scientist, engineer, lecturer, analyst and research manager working on UK, US and Australian government and industry projects in aerosystems- and electronics-related disciplines.

Formal academic qualifications are in the physical sciences (BSc Hons Physics, MSc Advanced Systems Analysis, + numerous short courses) and since 2007 interests have expanded to include the biological sciences, in particular genetics.

On a voluntary basis has developed websites for fellow stud cattle breeders and a local rural town.
