Ashlee Rich Stephenson is a Principal with the GOP polling and analytics firm, WPA Intelligence[1] and is the President of Just Win Strategies[2] , a Republican General Consulting and Strategy firm.

Ashlee was the Polling Director for [Rudy Giuliani’s presidential campaign][3] , moderated focus groups among Independent and “swing” female voters for [Romney’s presidential campaign] and directed the analytics and voter contact program for Congresswoman Michele Bachmann’s historic Iowa Straw Poll victory . She also served as a consultant on behalf of [Scott Walker’s presidential campaign] and [Ted Cruz’s presidential campaign] . Ashlee Rich Stephenson was named a “Rising Star” by [and Elections magazine][4] and is a member of the [Association of Political Consultants “40 under 40” inaugural class][5]. Stephenson is a regularly requested contributor for political shows as a strategist, with hits on Washington DC’s FOX 5 and the Hill TV[6]. She is often quoted in news publications discussing the political environment in U.S. elections[7]. Stephenson has served as a volunteer trainer for Morton Blackwell’s conservative organization the Leadership Institute.[8] A reputation for winning difficult races, Stephenson served as General Consultant for [Joni Ernst’s race for U.S. Senate]. Ernst was the 51st pickup seat when Republicans took back the Senate in 2014[9] and is the first female veteran to serve in federal office from the state of Iowa[10]. Stephenson served in the Strategy Department of the Republican National Committee , and conducts polling, focus groups and predictive analytics projects for the major national GOP committees, including the National Republican Congressional Committee and the National Republican Senatorial Committee .

A wife and mother, Stephenson attended Allegheny College in Meadville, PA and [Allegheny High School] in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA. Stephenson was named a “top 5 under 5” to watch by Allegheny College, featuring alumni and their career paths. She is a member of the national fraternal organization [Kappa Gamma] and served as an alumni advisor for recruitment on behalf of the Gamma Rho chapter.
