This template creates a link that allows Factotum to open a reply form. If the reader doesn't have Factotum there are several alternatives that can be displayed.

Usage

Parameters:

• page: target pagename, MUST be specified in case of sectionless transclusion
• preload: page title to preload (similar to the preload URL parameter)
• preloadparam1 to preloadparam9: similar to preloadparams as URL parameter
• editintro: similar to the MediaWiki URL parameter, can also be plain text to display (when using Factotum and the wiki supports ParserFunctions)
• summary: edit summary
• style: CSS styling for the URL
• name: link name
• alt: What the FCL should do if the user doesn't have Factotum. Leave unset for a link to open the mw:2010 wikitext editor, "load" for a withgadget link to the current page that loads Factotum or "none" for no link at all.
• altlink: Overrides alt with a custom link.

Parameters that only affect Factotum:

• type (what comments will be appended to): page or section
• create: page title to create
• indent: indentation, up to five :, * and/or #
• purge: page title to purge after edit
