Plot
[edit]When an American cargo plane goes down on Chechnya, Russian scientists are eager to check out the contents, only to unleash a huge, bio-genetically modified python. American civilians and a group of American operatives work to kill the snake, before it kills them.And they succeed.

Production
[edit]It is a sequel to the 2000 made-for-tv film, Python. William Zabka reprises his role from the first film, Greg Larson, the leader of the operatives in Python II. It was filmed in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Sequel
[edit]It was followed by Boa vs. Python (2004), also a made-for-TV film, though not strictly a sequel.
