The special begins with footage of a grizzly bear, which is interrupted by an advertisement for fictitious prescription allergy medication, Claridryl. The advertisement then takes a horrifying turn as the central actor is put against a murderous doppelgänger of herself. The special features an original score by Dan Deacon.
