I could spend hundreds of hours admiring protein structure files and aligning sequences for mere curiosity. Here I'll upload some of the images I created for Wikipedia from PDB files, rendered with UCSF Chimera. I include labels and silhouettes afterwards with Adobe software. If you have any suggestion, just tell me. I'll be happy to work on it.
