Removed Battles of Killdeer Mountain and Badlands

The battles of Killdeer Mountain and the Badlands are in {{Campaignbox Sully's Expedition Against the Sioux in Dakota Territory}} – a different campaign. This template is for Operations Against the Sioux in North Dakota which was a campaign undertaken by General Henry Hastings Sibley, and not General Alfred Sully. See: http://www.nps.gov/hps/abpp/battles/bycampgn.htm for the list from the Civil War Sites Advisory Commission (CWSAC) of the National Park Service for the list on which the Wikipedia campaignboxes are based.
