Not prefixing "Not" with "It is"

- Strongly oppose: Please no. Complete sentences are proper grammar. This template differs from {{Redirect-distinguish}} in that this one has a proceeding sentence that states what the article is about, so we can follow by using the pronoun "it". - I came here to propose the opposite: for Template:Redirect-distinguish to include the prefix "It is". I was about to implement it in Module:Redirect-distinguish when I noticed Module:About-distinguish handles better pronouns.
