The Bleeder
[edit]- ...
that The Bleeder is set in 1975, when Chuck Wepner, portrayed by Liev Schreiber (pictured), challenged Muhammad Ali for the world's Heavyweight title?
- ALT1:...
that Liev Schreiber (pictured) had been attached with the film The Bleeder for five years to play Chuck Wepner before its filming began? - Reviewed:

- Just a passing comment: both hooks are sort of dull. A movie has to be set in some period of time, and it's hardly unusual for an actor or some other person to be involved with a project for a long time before filming begins. Daniel Case (talk) 07:00, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
- Also, "attached to" is more Hollywood idiomatic than "attached with". Vesuvius Dogg (talk) 18:47, 2 January 2016 (UTC)
- ALT2:... that the upcoming film The Bleeder is about Chuck Wepner (portrayed by Liev Schreiber, pictured), who challenged Muhammad Ali in 1975 for the world's Heavyweight title?
- Suggested another hook. --Captain Assassin! «T ♦ C ♦ G» 17:25, 27 December 2015 (UTC)

- Though slightly concerned that this article could appear "promotional" it is nevertheless still a long way from release, and the DYK will have come and gone; besides, who isn't excited about seeing Liev Schreiber take off his shirt in the ring? Article new enough, long enough, well-supported with citations, neutral, free of copyvio problems per Earwig. All hooks supported by inline citations but ALT2 (suggested by the author-nominator) is my preferred hook (for reasons suggested by Daniel Case) and is also under the character limit. Photo is free for Main Page use. QPQ done. We are GTG. Knock 'em out, Liev!! Vesuvius Dogg (talk) 18:47, 2 January 2016 (UTC)
