Incidentally, I only ended up adding that to the article after already writing the original hook. I agree that it has potential, but I wasn't sure how well it could be worded in a concise fashion. My best idea would be something like "... that the name Eoscorpius faced criticism for being applied to a scorpion with relatively modern features?"
