Dick Hogan
[edit]... that the actor Dick Hogan's final film role was in a small but vital part as the murder victim in the Alfred Hitchcock film, Rope?

- Article is certainly new enough and long enough. Thorough sourcing in the article and the hook is cited. I can't find any copyright problems, so I think this article passes. AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 01:15, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
- ALT1: ... that in Dick Hogan's (pictured) last film role, in the Alfred Hitchcock thriller Rope, his character is murdered at the start and concealed in a chest at a dinner party? Yoninah (talk) 14:25, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
- Comment - not sure if this is the right format, (kind of new to DYK), but I have no issue with Alt1. Onel5969 TT me 15:06, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
- The "right format" is a hook that will draw readers in. Thanks for your ok. Calling on User:Athomeinkobe or another reviewer to verify ALT1. Yoninah (talk) 16:05, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
- ALT1 passes. It's in the article and sourced with two citations. And since you mention Hogan as the victim in that movie, I know exactly who he is. Like a lot of Hitchcock fans, I've seen that movie many times. — Maile (talk) 21:27, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks for the ping User:Yoninah. I prefer ALT1 as well. AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 00:57, 25 December 2015 (UTC)
