Population

The box says there were 10k per the 2000 census, the text that there were 30k. New article of potential use

I've added a ref ideas template under the banners for the December 2024 Grist article - Wiped Off the Map - about the loss of 90,000 acres of Yakama lands. The report is a fantastic deep-dive into this near-two century "error".

A potentially difficult subject matter to write about and I feel that summarizing points in the report would be better completed by more expert hands. I've added this same notice to the Talk:Yakama page.
