the wutang is a hard dance to master however if put hard work into it you can do it(some people cant). you move your hands and down and into an ex all the while ur bouncing ur legs up and down very loosly.although it originated in phily, people from New Jesey, New York and other state are doing it and are aware of it.To find out how to do it you can search it on myspace videoes or go to youtube and search the reknown dance.
