Not just anglicisms
[edit]Most of the lyrics were chosen so they may sound like English to someone who doesn't pay attention to what they're actually singing. As for the chorus: The way they sing it is acoustically much closer to "We're givin' a party" than to "Wir geben 'ne Party". Back then, I hated that and condemned it as cheating. Today I rather tend to think it's clever, but that's after I lost most of my respect for that show. --84.177.26.32 (talk) 17:17, 15 November 2011 (UTC)
