Rename article to W. E. Hill?

Per WP:COMMONNAME, I believe this article should be moved to W. E. Hill. Hill signed all of his artwork with this name, and most books or publications use this name to refer to him. Similarly, Wikipedia uses H. L. Mencken instead of Henry Mencken and J. K. Rowling instead of Joanne Rowling. — Flask⚗️^(talk) 17:59, 30 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
