Copyright violations by WikiEd student
[edit]@Isoetid and @Ian (Wiki Ed), I am reviewing and cleaning up this article. It has multiple copyright violations in text added by student @Mbenigno22 on 4 December 2024 and 11 December 2024. Compare the version before Mbenigno22 began their work, a stub created by @Abductive on 27 December 2023, to their first set of updates on 4 December 2024 which shows text copied verbatum from, in order of quantity, Flora of North America, Coastal Plain Plants, a journal article abstract, and Maine Natural Areas Program. Their updates on 11 December 2024 include more copyright violations, from Flora of North America as well as additional sources. I am not sure yet if I want to attempt to salvage the article with the text added or simply revert it to the 27 December 2023 version. – Elizabeth (Eewilson) (tag or ping me) (talk) 09:15, 13 December 2024 (UTC)
