Deletion
[edit]I have marked the page for deletion because it was becoming too complex, with not enough overlapping information, to keep all three categories - box, louvre, iced - together.
They have now been split, and I will continue to add information over the next few days. The new iced and louvre pages are just about finished.

- Epicgenius has changed the page into a disambiguation, without any reference here. I don't mind leaving it like this, even if it isn't very neat.
