Minimum Passing Grade
[edit]The minimum passing grade, at least in the public universities, is usually 5 out of 10, as opposed to 7 out of 10 as indicated in the article. 189.19.173.121 (talk) 01:43, 22 June 2012 (UTC)

Bologna x Brazilian
[edit]The current degree equivalence of this article is misleading and could cause prospective students or professionals seeking to validate their education to lose time and money because of misinformation.
Since there is no official international agreement that correlated both programs, one could argue that a Bologna masters would roughly correspond to a Brazilian bachelors. Also, beyond that, it gets really hard to measure up the different systems and although European universities usually recognize Brazilian degrees, not all Brazilian universities will automatically recognize European degrees and some may require additional classes in order meet a minimum curriculum to issue a Brazilian equivalence degree. There has been talks about reducing the duration of Brazilian higher education to match the Bologna Process, but there is nothing official yet.
