General Secretary or Chair?

Hi @Rutdam, you have added party leadership to the article. I'm a bit confused about you adding the party being led by a chair since the article claims that it was led by a General Secretary instead. Do they mean the same thing and are they interchangeable or did it change somewhere along the way? Zlad! (talk) 23:11, 17 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
