1. Well-written:
1a. the prose is clear, concise, and understandable to an appropriately broad audience; spelling and grammar are correct.

Unnecessary comma: athletes, and one weightlifter.  Done

I think maybe this paragraph should move to the paragraphs for athletics and weightlifting: The members of the Tuvaluan team at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing were Logona Esau and two competitors in the woman's and men's 100 metre sprint. The two runners were Asenate Manoa, who also was the nation's first female Olympian, and Okilani Tinilau. Both runners trained in Suva, Fiji alongside members of the Fiji national team.[3]  Done Paragraph removed

Always capitalize Olympic and Games when referring to the Olympic Games.  Done

Change to 'placing last in the heat': placing last in the event  Done

Try not to use place twice here: This placed the Tuvaluan in 23rd place  Done

Is it necessary to say she is the first female Olympian, when she had to be since this is their first Olympics? - Asenate "Nancy" Manoa competed for Tuvalu as its first female Olympian  Done Rewritten

Just use commas here: 102 kilograms; 107 kilograms; and 110 kilograms  Done

1b. it complies with the Manual of Style guidelines for lead sections, layout, words to watch, fiction, and list incorporation.
2. Verifiable with no original research:
2a. it contains a list of all references (sources of information), presented in accordance with the layout style guideline.

Keep a common date format in the citations.  Done

What does the 2008 mean in the Sports-reference citation? And the ESPN citation? --Year of publication

I do not see where it says that on the page.
2b. reliable sources are cited inline. All content that could reasonably be challenged, except for plot summaries and that which summarizes cited content elsewhere in the article, must be cited no later than the end of the paragraph (or line if the content is not in prose).

There are no citations in the first paragraph of Background. --Added one, fine now? Don't see how it can really be sourced

Citation for national record?  Done under table.

I don't see where in that article it says they broke the national record?

Also, didn't we decide to include citations in the tables? --In Talk:Djibouti at the 2016 Summer Olympics/GA1, I striked it out as 'dumb comment.' Apologies for that. I think it's personal preference.

Ah right, my bad.

Can you try to get the external link into an inline citation, by either citing information in the article with it or putting new information in?  Done

The second citation redirects to another page, can't verify information. --Archived

Third citation is dead. --Archived

It says in the Espn link she placed differently than what you have here.  Done

There were 30 weightlifters, most of them just didn't finish. --Isn't that what's written?

Cite the qualification information.

2c. it contains no original research.
2d. it contains no copyright violations or plagiarism.
3. Broad in its coverage:
3a. it addresses the main aspects of the topic.

Can you find any qualification information for the athletes?

Any quotes from the athletes?

3b. it stays focused on the topic without going into unnecessary detail (see summary style).
4. Neutral: it represents viewpoints fairly and without editorial bias, giving due weight to each.
5. Stable: it does not change significantly from day to day because of an ongoing edit war or content dispute.
6. Illustrated, if possible, by media such as images, video, or audio:
6a. media are tagged with their copyright statuses, and valid non-free use rationales are provided for non-free content.
6b. media are relevant to the topic, and have suitable captions.
7. Overall assessment.

For the population of the island, make sure you use the population from the year the games were held, and note in the sentence that is the year you are using.  Done Not same year, but pretty close.
