Remove middle initial from article title (should be "Tiruchi Siva")

"Tiruchi Siva" is his legal name (it shows up like that on his official candidate documents). He doesn't even have a middle initial (his father was called "Natesan", but that's not really how Tamil names work). People only rarely call him "Tiruchi N. Siva".
