Weinstein Live Entertainment
Does anyone know if Weinstein Live Entertainment is a direct subsidiary of The Weinstein Company or directly owned by Bob and Harvey Weinstein as a separate company? YborCityJohn (talk) 22:35, 8 May 2017 (UTC)
Pronunciation?
Forgive me if this is obvious to everyone else, but how is 'Weinstein' pronounced? I can think of at least four possible English pronunciations, and I'm not sure which is correct. Just wondering... Robofish (talk) 13:05, 5 January 2011 (UTC)
- Never mind, I found out: it rhymes with Einstein. Robofish (talk) 14:45, 23 January 2011 (UTC)
- Actually everybody says Weinsteen although it is not rational to say ei in two different ways in one word — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.111.19.125 (talk) 10:42, 10 October 2017 (UTC)
What Percent Stake Does Each Weinstein Brother Own in TWC?
October 2017 news reports seem to agree that together the brothers own 42% of the company, but I do not see consistent reporting on what % each brother owns. For example, this 18 October 2017 Billboard article says Harvey Weinstein owns 23% of TWC (presumably, by implication Bob would then own 19%)[1], but this 16 October 2017 New York Times article says the brothers each own "about 23 percent"[2], so unclear how the math works out. Does anyone know more exact figures of the company's individual and group ownership--say, from a business filing or some other primary source? If so please link and correct in article!
