notability and conflict of interest

I would like to propose removal of the COI and notability tags on this article, as I no longer think that either are appropriate now.

on the notability - this station now has both an FM and DAB and cites reliable third party sources for some of its information. I cannot see any remaining reason for retaining this tag.
on COI - the tone of the article is not especially promotional and it has been edited by others since then. It is more difficult than the notability issue in that there has not been much additional content added since the original version but there are far more editors than just the original one.
