Morning Records
[edit]Why no mention of the record company that they founded to release their earlier work?
Misc
[edit]the band name was choosen as a result of the members having a regular hang-out spot at the cooper's bmw dealership in reading on temple retail estate. They vowed to form a rock band, hence clause.
I'm not sure they play Britpop.--Cdaze 12:56, 24 November 2006 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:KUTFALTFBL.jpg
[edit]Image:KUTFALTFBL.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:23, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

The Cooper Temple Clause
[edit]I'm helping out my friends at tourdates.co.uk and I know there is a profile on The Cooper Temple Clause on the site which I think is worth linking to because it has gig listings, reviews and news. If anybody else agrees please could you add SPAM the related links section?

- Considering the fact that the band have now disbanded, I don't know that gig listings are of much use to wikipedia users. --Featherfin 20:06, 25 August 2007 (UTC)

Label politics - Sanctury Records
[edit]I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw what the band had been reduced to. I saw them play in 2004 in front of a sell out show in Birmingham to an audience of about 2000 - 2500 strong. I saw them again in 2007 play to 200 people in the upstairs room at the Bristol Academy. Both shows were great and they played like true professionals, I was in awe.
They are a sad example of a great, great band who's demise was due to poor funding. Hardly any promotion could be seen when 'Make This Your Own' came out and their touring was reduced to a mere club circuit.
Maybe their demise was due to the knock on effect of the losses incurred by Sanctuary in 05 and a reluctance for the label to invest in them whilst the handover to Universal was happening.
What a waste of such an amazing band. In fact one of the last great bands which we have seen. They were always terribly underrated.
The best ones always are. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bruceysbonus1 (talk • contribs) 21:01, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
- I somewhat agree, but WP:NOT#FORUM and WP:NOT#SOAPBOX. Wikipedia is not the place to talk about it.--h i s s p a c e r e s e a r c h 23:05, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
