looks like this needs a disambiguation page; I got here from Alexander Herzen's journal "The Bell" which links to here. No info here on that journal; the Herzen link goes back to his page.
Sorry no more substantial contribution from me; I am a newbie w/ a 4-year-old on my lap Cheers, all
I don't believe this should be deleted but rather edited
[edit]This theory is poorly concocted and physics behind it is at best bogus -- but this information may be useful and the article should stay in Wikipedia. My reasoning is that I personally read (on a plane, had nothing to do) Rollins' book and wanted to investigate a bit further. Search for Rollins lead me to novel page and to this page. I would honestly say that this was very interesting to read, as the bogus but hyper-hyped tone of Rollins book was intended to leave very little doubt that The Bell was real (and yet there is no substance whatsoever). After reading this article I was found myself understanding with greater clarity one of the ways by which pseudoscience manages to capture public attention. This is clearly enriching and thus I edited the article a little bit (sorry, can't do more at the moment but promise to return and make this a little bit better) and removed the deletion tag. -- N.
