[edit]Can someone define what this means and where the numeric figure of 4,783 comes from?Gavin Lisburn (talk) 15:39, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
TARO?
[edit]Looking at this page https://www.thegazette.co.uk/London/issue/41842/page/6430/data.pdf from 1959 The London Gazette (while discussing a constituency name!), I puzzled what "T.D." meant. Found it here, via the dab page at TD. But my second question remains unanswered: what does "(T.A.R.O.)" mean. Perhaps "Territorial Army Reserve Officer", if such a phrase makes sense? Could someone clarify, and if appropriate add to the article and/or the dab page at Taro (disambiguation)? Thanks. PamD 06:10, 12 May 2016 (UTC)
