Attempted to address this Wiki message on the article - "The examples and perspective in this list deal primarily with Europe and do not represent a worldwide view of the subject. Please improve this article and discuss the issue on the talk page. (January 2012)". I added the links to the government portals of European Union, USA, Australia and India. Also fixed a broken link - "Tracker" previously linked to "www.tendermatch.co.uk" changed to "www.trackerintelligence.com". --Sdavidson79 (talk) 14:51, 22 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
