Talk:Taiwan/article guidelines/list
The following guidelines have been established by consensus and convention:
- Simplified Chinese shall remain in the linguistics infobox per Wikipedia:Manual of Style (use of Chinese language)#Simplified and Traditional
- Please do not add Simplified characters and tongyong pinyin to the country infobox.
- The topic of this article is the Republic of China although its title has been moved to Taiwan.
- Please refrain from adding "(Taiwan)" indiscriminately because this article includes historical information about the Republic of China as well as Taiwan.
