Proposal to merge environmental damage and casualties list into a single table

Both headings contain lists and would be easier to read and more informative as a table. The table headings in the Casualties section is suitable for this purpose. Recent major merge edit

An AFC Draft - Draft:Tailings_stratification_and_mineralogy - has been merged into this article. Potentially, the merge will benefit from further editing. The merging editor was C.wolke who would doubtless like to be told of, be asked about, co-operate with, any changes needed.
