Article title should be corrected

The article currently has the title "Swedish School Inspectorate",
but should be titled "Swedish Schools Inspectorate".
Both because the Inspectorate consistently uses the plural form for themselves,
even as a singular entity and also because they do of course inspect many schools
not just one or is a school for inspectorates.
