I heard Susan Buffet's daughter Suzie, probably on NPR in June, quoting her mother. Something on rules for living and going after your objectives, but not getting too attached to the outcomes.
Does anyone have the correct quote?
The biography section is not in chronological order, and is tough to follow. I suggest it is changed. I would change it, but cannot find the correct information. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 149.159.41.128 (talk) 16:03, 7 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
This page says "In 1978, Susan introduced her husband to Astrid Menks, who moved in with Warren in their Omaha home, and after Susan's death, married him." The Warren Buffet Wikipedia page contradicts this statement on timing/order, saying Susan introduced Warren to Astrid BEFORE she moved out in 1977: "She [Astrid] had lived with him [Warren] since his wife's departure to San Francisco in 1977.[75] It was Susan Buffett who arranged for the two to meet before she left Omaha to pursue her singing career." I don't know which is right, and did not check either article's footnotes, but point out the contradiction between two Wikipedia pages.
