Article has disputed neutrality

This article, especially in the 'Local lore' section has disputed neutrality. Please help the view point to make it neutral and not like an advertisement or a tourist brochure.

Evaluation for POL 150C2-III

The article appears to be pretty clear on concise with its data. It has a number of references, but when clicking on some of them (particularly references 3 and 4), they do not lead to anything. They either need to be updated or the information needs to be replaced. I also think some of the references (such as reference 6 which is a tribute page to P R Mishra) are not fully neutral. Other than that, there was mentioning of a 'Siberian duck" in the article and I think that should be linked to its own Wikipedia page (if it exists) because I don't think many people are familiar with that animal.StevenMadden (talk) 04:43, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
