Merging with History of the Student Federation of the University of Ottawa

Given the revival of this page after its previous merger with the University of Ottawa Students' Union page, I find it unnecessary to have two separate pages on the relevant topics. As such, it would make the most sense to merge this page with the History of the Student Federation of the University of Ottawa page and perform clean-up as per WP:REDUNDANT.
