Just did a fairly large copy edit of most of the article, however the section "Statue of Metallurgist Anosov as a symbol of Intelligence subdivision" completely defeated me.. It needs a lot of work, or possibly deletion; I am unable to tell how much is original research as none is really referenced. What is there seems to range a bit off topic as well. The section on bulat steel could possibly be cut down and worked into the main body of the article. Curdle (talk) 16:53, 30 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
