Carigval.97 has been creating articles that may not meet Wikipedia's notability and encyclopedic content guidelines in spanish, english (and maybe the french wikipedia) about Stéphanie Alenda, and another right-wing chilean operators.

1. Could you please specify what you mean by "operator"? That sounds biased and violates Wikipedia's neutrality policy. The fact that she openly has a non-leftist political position does not make her an "operator". There are enough mentions of Alenda in different publications of all kinds, both academic and in literature on politics, her area of work. Just type the name into Google Books and plenty of reliable sources will appear. Search! search! search!

2. It would be good if before making an accusation against a user, you present evidence that proves this. In this case, you should demonstrate the connection that makes the article promotional, otherwise it is pure speculation and that is not what we are here for. Notability (academics) - Criteria

The previous reasons are arbitraries, because Alenda meets the following reasons according to the criteria of "Wikipedia:Notability (academics)":

1. The person's research has had a significant impact in their scholarly discipline, broadly construed, as demonstrated by independent reliable sources.

3. The person has been an elected member of a highly selective and prestigious scholarly society or association (e.g., a National Academy of Sciences or the Royal Society) or a fellow of a major scholarly society which reserves fellow status as a highly selective honor (e.g., Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers or Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Physics).

6. The person has held a highest-level elected or appointed administrative post at a major academic institution or major academic society.
