Leaved in Soshanguve 40 years? Still unemployed & no RDP house?

I was born in 1976, attended primary & secondary school in block L, have national certificate in HRM, with prior learning of recognition in arc welding as an artisan, though unemployed, I've registered an unsuccessful business in steel & metal construction, volunteer as SGB Member at my child school, married with three children, battling to own a house even though I've applied for RDP House in 1998, the pressure of getting older and seeing unregistered municipality lands! The heart beats to wanna unlawfully occupy a site with the hope of putting this pressure on our government to make alternatives to provide settlement houses to applicants such as my self. I really love my City of Tshwane, having a house in Soshanguve or Attradgeville will conquer my fair of seeing my kids homeless...

Any legal advice on persuewing the issue of occupying municipal land?
