Hi, the first section used to say "three different apneas", which is obscure for most readers. It looks like a typo for three areas. Please add a link to the correct page explaining exactly what it refers to. I added a link to finswimming, which is better than nothing, but someone who knows should put the proper link in or change the sentence. What is "an apnea" in this context?
