This needs severe rewriting. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.0.195.26 (talk) 00:59, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
That version with all "Interband Drama" was about as accurate an account as you were likely to find anywhere as it cam from my mouth and to somebodies article. Too bad it's gone. Throw It All Away is the last song we recorded.I still have it on a hard drive somewhere. It was the only song that version of the band made and it just wasnt that good and I doubt I'll ever put the time in to tune the vocals or do anything to finish it. At some point I may finish all the other songs and just put em on a site for free. Jason Slater —Preceding unsigned comment added by JCSlater (talk • contribs) 12:50, 20 June 2010 (UTC)
- Seriously, the entire miscellaneous section is all about interband drama, almost entirely one giant quote, and none of it is sourced. I'm just taking the whole thing out. If someone wants to put it back in, I suggest fixing those three problems. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.10.155.130 (talk) 15:05, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
Throw It All Away is a real unreleased song. Why can it not be added?
"Throw it all Away"? I've never heard of that one...and i've done a pretty good job of locating these demo songs. Do you have any proof it's a real unrelased song? 302 Zoe (talk) 20:58, 23 October 2009 (UTC)
There is far too little info on this band. When exactly did it dissolve, and why? Where are the former members now? This page needs to become less sparse. I'd rather have the aforementioned "drama", as it would at least tell part of the story (even if in a biased way). 174.46.172.13 (talk) 09:50, 26 June 2009 (UTC)
- My understanding is that the final nail in the coffin had something to do with the young guitar player running away with the singer (Tobey). I got the impression that a lot of the varying members of this band (not all of them, some members were great musicians) were pretty unprofessional, and combined with J. Slater's production work with other bands, all the drama just got to be too much, and bills had to be paid. I'm not certain on all the finer details, but it was something along these lines that spelled the end of this great band, but hopefully we'll hear more from them/him (and R.O.T.T.) in the future. The old website and message board had a lot of great info straight from band members themselves, but as far as I know, that's all lost. The only source I have for any of this is me and some other people, so it's not exactly eligible by Wikipedia standards. Herr Lip (talk) 07:39, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
- Tobey and her husband Mitchell (both previously part of Snake River conspiracy) now have a band called Mojave Phone Booth (https://www.mojavephoneboothband.com/). I'd edit in where appropriate but I'm sure it'd be reverted so someone else can bother. Avram42 (talk) 15:54, 19 May 2017 (UTC)
Infobox Formatting
[edit]The related bands infobox needs some formatting. "Queens of the Stone Age" is broken into two lines but without any indent, giving "Age" the same prominence as a complete name. - Jack Vermicelli 75.72.3.173 (talk) 01:03, 12 November 2011 (UTC)
