While this is not about ZaYin Adar/ZaYin Adar (birth/passing of Moshe Rabbeinu), it does seem cute to see the Slonimer's birthdate co-incide ith his passing, but the idea ia just a passing (mistaken) thought: To begin with, it's not on the Jewish Calendar. More importantly, however, is that an Artscroll sefer has August 18 for date of birth, not Aug. 8, and the Artscroll date matches that of Geni (https://www.geni.com/people/Grand-Rabbi-Sholom-Noah-Berezovsky-Admur-Slonim/6000000009829945250)
